What does EasyNOA offer?

EasyNOA offers all CRA Documents that are available.  This includes all T slips such as T4s, Old Age Security, Canada Pension Plan, RRSP documents, etc.  As well, we can get municipal tax payment statements from Richmond, North Vancouver, Vancouver, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, Coquitlam, Langley, and Abbotsford.  We also have access to documents such as title searches, corporate searches, and property profiles.  We can access these documents from across Canada!

What kind of payment does EasyNOA take?

You can pay via credit card or paypal, whichever is easiest for you!

What am I signing?

You are signing a T1013 that is a form required by Canada Revenue Agency, that allows EasyNOA temporary access to your file.

What is a T1013?

A signed and dated T1013 allows EasyNOA to access CRA Documents such as your Notice of Assessment.  A T1013 allows us to have access to your file.  But we can not make any changes to your tax account.  Essentially, it is a ‘READ ONLY’ access. EasyNOA cannot modify your information in any way.

What is the benefit of using EasyNOA?

EasyNOA allows immediate access to your CRA account.  If you don’t have a MY ACCOUNT with CRA, it takes up to 10 business days for you to acquire access to your CRA Documents.  With EasyNOA, it can take mere minutes to get the CRA Documents that you need.

How do I receive my CRA Documents?

EasyNOA emails you your documents in PDF format.

How much does it cost for CRA Documents?

For Notices of Assessment and any documents that are in your personal account at CRA the cost is $34.95 + GST/order ($36.70).

How secure is EasyNOA?

We use SSL encryption and secure payment processing to keep you safe.  We never keep any credit card information, unless you request us to do so.

How quickly can I receive my documents?

What Documents Does EasyNOA Offer?
How do I place a CRA Document order and sign electronically?

i. Visit our order page
ii. Choose the option applicable: if you are a Mortgage Broker or Professional ordering for your client, or if you are an individual ordering for yourself.
iii. Fill out the required information and pay.
iv. You or your clients will then receive an email from us through SignNow to fill out and sign the Consent and T1013 from their computer, tablet, or phone.
v. Once we receive the completed form, our experts will retrieve their documentation within 24 hours, GUARANTEED!

What if myself or my clients like pen and paper?

Fill out the “Consent and T1013”
Scan and email that completed document to us at orders@EasyNOA.ca
We’ll email you an invoice to be paid
Once paid, we will retrieve and send you the requested documents.

I have an error showing on my credit bureau with Equifax or Transunion. Can you help me resolve this?

Yes…we can help with Equifax and Transunion Consumer Disputes.  In order for us to help, you must have documentation to support your claim.  You can order this through the NON-CRA Documents to order your Equifax and Transunion Consumer disputes.

What are the most common errors when ordering NON-CRA documents?

    • when ordering let us know if you need confirmation of the property tax amount only or if you also need confirmation that the taxes are current and paid to date
